Front Desk Assistant

Ballet Academy of Cebu is looking for a professional with positive energy, fun and an active personality. We are looking for Studio Front Desk Assistant who has excellent communication skills, takes direction well, works independently and within a team, organized and efficient. 

• strong customer service orientation and relationship building

• comfortable working with children and their families

• strong work ethic and motivation 

• willing and able to thrive in a highly dynamic and exciting environment

• a team player with a vibrant personality

• strong organization and administration skills (scheduling and data entry)

• supervisory skills (to oversee maintenance and custodial staff)

• money-handling experience 

• open and willing to learn new skills

Requirements:

• high school graduate or some college (preferred)

• at least two (2) years work experience

• English conversational skills is a plus

Ballet Teacher

To deliver the school's ballet curriculum, determined by the Creative Director, to the students.
May be assigned to teach pre-ballet through level 8, or adult open classes.
Attend meetings, performances and special events.
May be invited to teach during the summer season as the program demands.
